Morning: Welcome tea, orientation, and a gentle ocean dip in the coral garden: float, swim, or snorkel at your pace.
Midday: Tahitian lunch on a motu (poisson cru or plant-based “poke,” uru/taro chips, vanilla-coconut greens). Hammock nap under palms.
Afternoon: Breath & Buoyancy —blue-mind breathwork, relaxation, and water confidence in the lagoon (line work optional).
Sunset: Soft Yin yoga to restore and sound bath by the dock with body scan meditation

Morning: Sunrise ocean flow (mobility, spine, hips) → mindful snorkel safari through marine-life observation and reef care micro-action.
Midday: Spearfisher and Chef demo/ocean-to-table tasting + spacious rest.
Afternoon Workshop (choose one):
Sunset: Bonfire let-go ritual on the beach (weather-permitting) or golden-hour lagoon float in silence.

Morning: Boat “Drift & Drop-In.” Slow cruise, anchor in a calm patch, guided floating meditation and journaling sky above, reef below.
Midday: Boat BBQ lunch & private motu exploration and paddling
Afternoon: Vision Mapping (dreams, projects, life goals) over snacks, tea or coffee and playing ukulele
Closing: Gratitude circle on deck. You step ashore clear-eyed and recharged.
